PAYMENT METHOD/ 付款方式

Payment method includes ATM deposit, online banking and credit card. The postage stated in the payment link strictly for Malaysia & Singapore area only. Customers from other countries shall contact Mi Jen Trading Sdn Bhd (Registration.No. 202101031119 (“MM”) to confirm the orders and shipping fees. After the payment was done, an email shall be sent to customer’s mailbox for order confirmation and shipping progress.

付款方式有ATM存款、線上轉帳和信用卡支付。付款頁面所刊登的郵費只限馬來西亞和新加坡地區而已。其他海外客戶需接洽MM確認訂單和郵費事宜。一旦完成匯款，MM將會寄出FB信息/電郵通知關於訂單編號和出貨進度。

現貨將會在24工作小时内（不含假日）寄出，預購商品的預計發貨日期請留意公佈在臉書粉專封面照片。一旦包裹寄出后，MM將會發送電郵告知包裹的提單號碼(Tracking number)。估計將會在1-7天內收到包裹。MM不会对快遞公司造成的延誤所蒙受的损失作出赔偿及承担责任。

Ready stock items will be shipped within 24 working hours (exclude public holidays) while pre-order items delivery date please refer to MM facebook fans page cover photo.  After shipping out the parcel, MM shall send a notification through email regarding the tracking number respectively.  It estimates takes about 1-7 working days to receive the parcel.  MM shall not be liable for compensation caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the goods.

活動變更說明 Event alterations

MM reserves the right to cancel or postpone or alter the promotion, contest/free gift, product delivery date and time. MM commits itself to offer the customers an alternative way to full refund / exchange goods and MM shall not be liable for any costs or losses incurred by the customers including but not limited to the reimbursement in respect of any other consequent expenses as a result of such alteration.

MM将保留着取消，延后或更改促銷/抽獎競賽/免費禮物/ 貨品運送時間和日期。如果包裹不能如期寄出，MM承诺将会为客戶提供全額退款或替換商品但是MM不会对他们的变动导致客戶所蒙受的损失作出赔偿及承担责任。
